"Coach Steve has been a great support to my current workout regimen. I was not getting the specific results that I was after and I came across his instagram post. I was only going to use Coach for a short time. I wanted a structured workout and I though this would be a great way to get it. My glutes were in need of repair!
After the first month of his program, that being a workout AND nutrition log, I was making gains. I knew that it would take some time to get what I was after, so I continued on.
Coach Steve gives 100% to every client. I make notes in my workouts and he comments on them. I send videos and he gives feedback. I text with questions and he answers.
Coach Steve is personable and honest which makes it so easy to want to succeed, as he gives you the feedback. I am motivated and I work hard, but it is a tremendous help to have Coach Steve by my side as I hold myself accountable.
